Drum Student Policies:

  1. Entire monthly payment is due on arrival for first lesson of each month

     

  2. Students must cancel a lesson over 24 hours in advance to receive a make-up lesson

     

  3. I may request a make-up lesson if unavailable to teach over 24 hours in advance after all sick days have been used 

  4. Make-up lessons will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time

     

  5. There are no lesson refunds if a make-up lesson is failed to be scheduled or attended by the student

     

  6. Students may discontinue lessons at the end of the calendar month

Provider Cancellation Policies:

  1. I have up to 12 Sick/PTO days per calendar year

  2. Notices for sick days will be given morning of, notices for PTO will be given at least 2 weeks in advance

  3. Each calendar day of the week has a maximum of 3 PTO days per year

  4. Make ups for PTO days are not required until the 3 day maximum has been reached

  5. I have 6 observed holidays per calendar year:

July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve​

**The usual monthly payment is still due if any PTO or holidays fall in that period**
